The transition between seasons is an opportunity to honor where you have been and where you are going. As we welcome longer days, warmer weather and plentiful fresh fruit and veggies, we benefit from cleaning up our world, including what we put in our bodies, our minds and our spaces. I am happy to be offering this cleanse in collaboration with my dearest friend Maeve McCaffrey. Maeve and I will provide:

• Between both of us, you have the opportunity to take a variety of classes throughout the three days live and on-demand.
• Recipes, shopping lists, daily tips & suggestions.
