Erika and Ashton’s Favorite Things class benefiting the Atlanta Mission

Erika and Ashton will be giving away some of their favorite things in each class (kinda like Oprah, but on a smaller scale). There will be something for everyone who attends. There are two class times to choose from 9:45 AM and 11:15 AM. Mats, towels, water, weights provided. This is a day of fitness and fun you don’t want to miss out on!

Drop by Xander for a cup of coffee pre or post workout. Frita Kale-O will be on site with empanadas to refuel after class.

Have kids and need something for them to do while you workout? Kids can play at Kefi for an additional fee. Exclusive for this class, bring your kids (ages 3-12) to play at Kefi during the class without purchasing a membership. Drop off fees waived for Kefi Members, and $25/child for non-members. Parents must register kids in advance by emailing Hope@playkefi.com.
