An all level class that will strengthen and lengthen your body from head to toe. Your muscles will burn using your own body weight and props (light weights 2-3 lbs, loop band, ball and glide discs). Think light-weight and super high rep. No props? No worries. You can use your water bottles for weights, paper plates or rags for glide discs and a rolled up beach towel for a ball.
